I guess it's time to finally for me to give some more specifications on why I'm having this much silence, now, do I?

Without going into any extreme details, but the general gist on why it's been a while are two major reasons:

  1. Working on C.A.S.T.L.E. project. There is a lot that has been needed to do within the current episode, requiring my full attention whenever I have free time, therefore the only times I can have my attention on the comic is on the breaks in between. It still had some progress as thumbnails of most of Issue 1 part 2 have been done and ready for more thorough sketching, and will be very likely doing that within this and the next week at least one or two times before shifting my focus back to finishing the animation related matters.
  2. As of this month forth, I'll be doing all of this from a very different place in comparison to where I am right now. Within the coming weeks I'm moving to another country and will be going through studying for animation to expand my knowledge of the field and recap on basics to help myself both rewire a little and give myself a chance to push further with my personal goals as a storyteller (which also include plans for the story touched upon in the fan-comic). It's going to be a challenging process of intergrating into a new environment and trying to get own footing, but it's worth every step of the way due to personal perspectives within it.

Now, what will it mean? Yes, the comic will still be in the works, and after the current episode of C.A.S.T.L.E. is finished, it should be less heavy loaded to work on it and shift attention more towards it. On top of that, because I will have to work my butt off to make sure I manage to sustain myself at a new place, I may end up opening commissions to support myself financially within my field of interests, even if it's not going to be by a large margin.

The details in relation to it will be revealed once I'm settled down and ready my portfolio, so for now it'll be a fair enough elaboration on where I'm at and why it's taking so long to post art here.

Hopefully I'll get a chance to update on this and more sooner than later!

Take care of yourselves, see ya in the next posting!
